یا محاکمه علنی و یا رفع حصر از رهبران جنبش سبز

کنشگران ملی-مذهبی خارج از کشور طی نامه ای به احمد شهید گزارشگر ویژه ایران در شورای حقوق بشر سازمان ملل متحد ضمن تحلیل زندانی کردن غیرقانونی رهبران جنبش سبز؛ در دومین سالگرد این حصراز وی خواسته اند: «حکومت ایران را برای رعایت قوانین حقوق بشر و نیز رعایت قوانین داخلی خود تحت فشار قرار دهید تا به حصر رهبران جنبش سبز پایان داده یا آنان را در داد گاهی علنی محاکمه کند.»nبه گزارش سایت ملی-مذهبی متن کامل این نامه به این شرح است:nجناب آقای احمد شهید ، گزارشگر ویژه ایران در شورای حقوق بشر سازمان ملل متحدnبا سلام و سپاس از تلاش شما برای گزارش حقوق ضایع شده ملت ایران و پیگیری اصول پذیرفته شده جهانی. همانطور که می دانید، آزادیخواهان ایران اینک در آستانه سومین سالگرد حصر رهبران جنبش سبزخود قرار دارند و حکومت ایران بدون قبول هیچ مسئولیتی حقوقی در برابرحصرخانه گی آقایان موسوی و کروبی وخانم زهرا رهنورد، که در اعتراض رسمی خانواده آنان “آدم ربائی” قلمداد شده است، به اقدام غیر قانونی خود ادامه می دهد.nفرمانده نیروی انتظامی کشوراخیرا طی مصاحبه ای رسمی اعلام کرده است که فرمان حصر رهبران جنبش سبز توسط رهبری نظام صادر شده و رفع حصر این افراد در اختیار ایشان می باشد. در حالیکه طبق قوانین داخلی ایران اِعمال هر گونه کیفری در مورد شهروندان تنها از مجاری قانونی باید صورت گیرد و برای رهبری نظام چنین اختیاری در قانون اساسی ایران پیش بینی نشده است.nما جمعی از آزادیخواهان ایران از شما به عنوان نماینده ویژه حقوق بشر در امور ایران می خواهیم که حکومت ایران را برای رعایت قوانین حقوق بشر و نیز رعایت قوانین داخلی خود تحت فشار قرار دهید تا به حصر رهبران جنبش سبز پایان داده یا آنان را در داد گاهی علنی محاکمه کند. با احترام و امتنانnکنشگران ملی- مذهبی خارج از کشورnچهاردهم بهمن ماه۱۳۹۱nمتن انگلیسی نامه:nDear Ahmad Shaheed,nSpecial reporter for Iran to the Human Rights CouncilnWe extend our greetings and thank you for your efforts both to report the violated human rights in Iran and to follow accepted international principals. As you know, challengers for freedom in Iran are now witnessing the third year of the Green Movement leaders’ house arrest.nIranian governmental officials have taken no responsibility for illegal house arrest of Mir Hossain Moossavi, his wife Zahra Rahnavard and Mehdi Karoobi and still continue this unfair act which has now been severely criticized and regarded as ‘kidnapping’ by the families of these political leaders of the Green Movement.nIran’s top police chief, has recently declared, in a formal interview, that the order to keep the Green Movement Leaders in a house arrest has been issued by the Leader of Iran- Ali Khamenei and he is the only person who has the authority to remove this arrest.
